Kat Dennings (n e Katherine Victoria Litwack) was born on 13th June, 1986 in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. Ellen Dennings is her mother. Ellen worked as a speech and poetry counselor. Gerald Dennings works as a molecular druggist as well as a professor at a university. Dennings is youngest of five and grew in a Jewish family. Dennings did not attend a conventional school for long but was instead homeschooled. Homeschooling is the ideal choice for her as she had the ambition to become an actor as early as her time. Dennings had the opportunity to complete high school by the time she turned fourteen. Already, she was doing commercials when she was at the age of nine. After finishing high school, she relocated with her family into Los Angeles in order to take on acting. Her first auditions were under the name of Kat Dennings. Kat Dennings, who moved between LA to LA in 2000 made her first appearance in an HBO show called "Sex and the City". She then starred in an episode of a sitcom that aired on the WB network titled.
